Peaceful Frame
This tutorial is copyrighted and written on 1/13/2003. I was playing around and this just fill in places for me. ****************
Supplies Needed:
Image of your choice
Jasc Paint Shop Pro You can download a fully functional 30 day trial version Here
Eye Candy 4000
download trial version Here
**************** 1. Open the image you want to use, duplicate two times and close the original. Resize one image to 250 x 250 **************** 2. Add Border of 6 pixels. With the magic wand Flood fill with the color of your choice. **************** 3. Go to the Eye candy 4000 Setting Clear Glass. Make sure the glass color is the same as your border.
**************** 4. Select all Modify Contract 3 repeat the Clear Glass use this Setting.
**************** 5. Add Border of 20 pixels With the magic wand copy the image and paste it to the border. **************** 6. Go to Effect, Texture Effect, Mosaic Antique.
**************** 7. With the magic wand still in place go to Selection-Invert Drop Shadow effect with this setting.

Opacity 57
Blur 22.3
Color Black
Add
another Drop Shadow effect, same **************** 8. Add Border of 6 pixels. With the magic wand Flood fill with the color of your choice and repeat the Clear Glass Setting Selection. **************** 9. Make a new Layer copy the second image over the image you just made Selection none. **************** 10. With your Freehand Tool Feather 20 Trace part of the image that you like to keep. Go to Selection-Invert and cut. **************** 11. Merge all Layer Resize your image go to Effect-Sharpen More 1 or 2 time to your liking. ****************
